Some news

Good morning folks....well it won't be long until Santa comes now!!

I hope the weather isn't too bad wherever you are....the last few days were not good up here in Scotland...I have never seen such freaky weather, it was snowing heavy and blowing a blizzard and thunder and lightning at the same time...I never knew that could happen!

On to some news....thank you so much to everyone that applied for the Sugar Nellie DT Call...unfortunately everybody can't be picked which is always a shame however it was a really hard decision but eventually the decision was made so without further ado let me introduce you to our newest members to the Sugar Nellie Team.

and

We can't wait to see what they share with you!

Remember if you have been unsuccessful with the Sugar Nellie team there is still the Sugar Bowl....the DT is open and you are all welcome to apply for that...check out the details!

Pillow Talk

Good morning, Fi here we are with my scheduled post!

So for todays card, I thought I would share an old one...this stamp has to still be one of my favourites, she is adorable and called Pillow Talk.  I just need to practise with loads of hair

The papers are from First Edition which I layered onto kraft card and then distressed around the edges.  I added a couple of rolled flowers and pearls to finish.

Pop back for more sugar inspiration tomorrow for another post!

Winter Warm Wishes

--- Good morning sugar fans ---

Janine here today to share my card with you.
This week I decided to use one of the new pre-coloured Sugar Nellie toppers made by Hobby House. The pack contains 3 sheets, with 6 different Christmas toppers on each - they're available to buy from Funkykits. They're great for this time of the year when you need to make a quick Christmas cards.
However, if you prefer to colour your own image - the digital version of this image can be found here.
I matted and layered my card and image onto punched and die cut card. To add a little sparkle to the topper I added glitter and white/gold frontage. To finish off I added a die cut snowflake and a few gems.
For more details of everything I used please check out my blog here.

Thanks for dropping by, and don't forget to call by tomorrow to see more cards from
my fab teamies.

Why not join our Facebook page (just search for the Official Sugar Nellie Group) and show off your lovely creations - we'd love to see them. Or why not enter our monthly challenge over at The Sugar Bowl - we always have great prizes on offer.

Hugs
