Leanne Ellis #2 and candy

Another sunning design from Leanne Ellis, this is the second from a set of six new designs available in November. But if the pennies are tight right now or if winning makes this the sweetest stamps around, leave me a comment and I will give one of these away to one winner from those luvvies who leave me a little sugar.

All six have frames and the more confident crafters amongst you will be able to use these images with or without the frame by masking off parts of the stamp. I just think that these ornate frames are shouting out
to be heat embossed.

I am off to Glasgow tomorrow and hopefully will master scheduled post before then leaving you something sweet while I am away :)
take care
Karen

  4. Hi there, I love Leanne's designs.
It occurred to me that you could also layer the beautiful girl or frame to give them dimension or you could use the frame alone for even more versatility.
Would really love to win this stamp, thanks for the chance:0) xx

  6. Hi Karen,
Huge WOW for these gorgeous new designs. They look like a modern twist on those little minatures or cameos that you see on the Antiques Road Show. I think you're right about the embossing, & maybe a touch of crackle glaze too! Well done again for coming up with another sure fire winner :~)

I was getting a bit worried because I love the images so far but a bit concerned about the frames being a bit fernickity (that's the technical term you know!) but now I'm not worried at all

  32. I agree with you about the heat embossing of the frame & I've used a Leanne Ellis design frame with a Kathy Hare recently with great fun. This would be stunning in monochrome with coloured frame or vice versa or a diptych of the two....."Oh be still fertile imagination!".
This is just stunning - I am working on the Leanne Ellis collection I have - just absolutely love their distinctiveness. Hope all goes well with your travelling etc...

  51. This little lady looks so elegant and that frame has a vintage feel, I can just image it embossed in gold or bronze or even a two tone mica powder how stunning would that be. Why do you keep giving us these fab images to add to my wish list I just can't save my pennies fast enough, I am seriously thinking of announcing to my family that I would like to celebrate my birthday on a monthly basis so I can get more stamps as pressies... I some how don't think it will work for a minute, oops hubby is here let me ask... well he just laughed and walked off so I guess thats a NO, back to the wish list.

  52. Ooooo....... I'm really loving these framed beauties!! Leanne has excelled herself this time :O) I just have to try and find the pennies to acquire these new stamps from somewhere!!! I'm sure my family and friends won't mind if I buy myself these instead of christmas pressies for them - don't you think? LOL heee......heeeee....!
