A Friend is a Gift !!

Today it's my turn again to post some inspiration for you  :)

I made a tiny paperbag, I bought this in a local store.

I have used a lovely Simply Sassy stamp, called Spread your Wings :)

The papers are from Pink Paislee - Butterfly Garden, such lovely soft tones !

The sentiment is from Kaisercraft - Friendship Sentiments.

The birdcage is a die from Tim Holtz.

The little wooden bird is from a local store.

I've colored the stamp with my Copics.

Colors I've used:

Skin - E0000, E000, E00, E11

Blush - R20, R30

Hair - E30, E50, E33, E57, E59

Cage - Y26, Y28

Skirt - R11, R12, R14, R17

Blouse - BG70, BG72

Shoes and bird - E40, E41, E42, E43

Socks - C00, C0, C1

I've used the pretty papers from Chatter Box - Chateau, I just love those colours :)

The heart tag is a Doohickey from Magnolia, the flowers are from EK Succes.

Lost in Music !!

Good morning everyone, today it's my turn to post a card :)

I've made this card with the lovely stamp Sugar Nellie - Simply Sassy - Lost in Music

The stamp will be back in stock soon !!!

The papers I have used are from Maja Design - Crea Diem, I just love these beautiful papers.

The tag on the left side is still empty, when I know to whom I send this card, I can stamp a sentiment on it :)

I've also put a tag at the top, this one is from Magnolia.

For the shape of my card, I have used a Go Kreate Die - Large frame Frilly 5, this Die you can also find in the shop at Funky Kits !!!!

The border around the square design paper is a Magnolia Doohickie, the swirl is also from Magnolia, the music note is from Marianne Design, and the seambinding is from the Ribbon Girls. 

I have colored the image with my Copics, what would I do without them :)

I hope you all had a good Christmas with lots of love, family and warmth :)
Of course we had a lot to eat with a nice glass of wine, but now 2011 is going to end, at our place we have a birthday to celebrate, my father is turning 77 years and New Years day starts with the birthday of my husband :) So ..... I still have a lot of things to do :)

Okay ladies, this is my post for today, the last one this year, but I'll be back next year :)

Unfortunately we didn't have a winter at all, right now it's a stormy weather, a lot of rain, I prefer snow and frost :)

For now I only can say : A HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!

Warm Winter Wishes

Are you al finished making X-mas cards and projects??? pfff So little time and so many to do,... so I've made something for under the christmas tree. I little box with the Digi stamp

And if you read the sentiment you just know for which person I;'ve made this... My dear husband is so helpfull these days, because I'm ill since the last 2 weeks- I have a lot of pain from sciatica so he deserves a present made with love. I've used the holiday lamppost, mini trees and the fence from Tim holtz, and made them look snowy with the white paint dabber. In the box the snow flurrie die with lots of glitter on in and in the envelope with tag a personal text.
Ofcourse I put a little present in it but that is stil a secret.
I hope and wish you good luck with all the things you still have to too until Xmas!
