Penguin Party

Happy Sunday! Jeanette here to share a little Christmas card with you :)

I used the sweet digital image Penguin Pary to create a mini-card that measures 4 x 4”.

The image was colored with Copic Markers and then I used a bluePrismacolor pencil to create a background.  I added some stickles to the bottom for snow. The dots were made with a white Sharpie Poster paint pen.

This image can be found by clicking the logo below:

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day :)

Happy Birthday

Hi everyone,
So happy you stopped by this blog today.
Saturday is my day to give you inspiration.
So for today, I used a lovely image that is
a freebie digi when you purchase over at Funkykits.

Here is the direct orderlnk:

The image is coloured with copics.
I used Wink of Stella on the gift to make
it extra sparkly.
I wanted to make a romantic card with this
gorgeous image and used soft pink/green
pastel tones on my card.

I added some extra embelishments and of course
a little kitty :) .
I hope I have given you some inspiration today.
See you next week.
Have a great Saturday,
Happy Crafting and hugs,

Birthday Tags

Marilyn here with Friday's post.
It's the first Friday in October and like me, you probably all wondering where the time has gone.  It's going to be Christmas before we know it!
For today's DT post, I've decided to do some birthday gift tags.  I used Funky Kit's Tiffany and the Cherry Cupcake digital images.  I just received the Tag Quotes die from Paper Smooches and was keen on trying it out.  Super cute die... if you are wondering where the quote tail part of the die is, I snipped it off.
Full details can be found on my blog here.
There's always plenty going on over at Sugar Nellie so pop back in often because every day one of the gals on the DT features a  new project.  Also, don't forget to enter the Anything Goes challenge at the Sugar Bowl (remember to use a Funky Kits image) and there's always always plenty of inspiration and chatting on the Sugar Nellie Facebook Fan Page.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!

Feed The Birds

Good morning Sugar Fans!
It's Janine, and I'm here to share with you my Wednesday post.

After just returning from my relaxing holiday in the sun I thought I would being you little freshness with an autumnal card. I've used the very cute 'All Dressed Up' stamp called 'Feed the Birds' - it's available as a digital stamp from Funkykits.  I just love the little squirrel!

There are more 'All Dressed Up' digital stamps available to download in store.

I matted a small scallop card blank with some pretty patterned paper. Next I printed my digi image directly onto my colouring cardstock and I coloured it with Copic Markers. Using several square dies I die cut 2 frames from blue and pink card and layered them up on the card base. The coloured topper was insert inside the frame.

Using the left over squares from the frames I adhered some doubled sided sticky paper to them and die cut some skeleton leaves. I peeled off the backing paper and added some crystal glitter - these were added to my frames as embellishments.

To finish off I added a few gems and a touch of glitter.

You can the find the 'Feed The Birds' stamp here --

For full details of everything I did and I used in my card, please check out my blog here.
Thank you for dropping by, and don't forget to call by tomorrow to see more fabulous inspiration from our fab Design Team and why not join our facebook group.

Big Hugs
