Little Farmer

A little farmer for all those little boys who scoots about on wheels out side in the bonnie days.
For those little boys who are happy to play for hours in a pile of ground or chippies with a toy loader and a digger. Wellie boots and boiler suits at the ready for when they grow up they want to be a farmer!
I have one of these boys, he's not so little now, at 11 hes fast growing as tall as me and eats like you would not believe, but skin and bones he still is. He has moved on to big toys now and drives the real thing, as he moves up the the academy this summer we can no longer think of him as our little boy. I am sure there are still a few broken down toy tractors about the farm, long forgotten and left for scrap a reminder for days when one little boy played away happily with anything made by Bruder.

If you would like a chance at taking home this wee lad
leave me some sugar and I will hand him over to one of you lucky followers.

Another wee beauty - reminds me of my wee fella 28 yrs ago on his favourite toy and 'tratter'!! was his first word. We lived in the country side near Lhanbryde and he used to sit an the broad window sill watching the farmer all day"! Sheila:)X

Love this little boy! My Auntie stays on a farm and like you, there is still the remains of the old toy tractors and ride on diggers sitting in places.
It only feels like yesterday we were running about the farm "helping" muck out!
Anyway, this image is just fab!

Does any boy actually grow out of this even though they don't like to admit it. My hubby and son had a fab time when they hired a mini digger to enlarge our garden pound a few years ago and still talk about how much fun it was. A neighbour saw how much fun they had and decided he had to hire it the following weekend so he could dig up a confier in their drive, not so much fun though when he pulled it out and the roots had grown around a gas pipe that had been laid only a foot down, his wife wasn't best pleased at all.
Boys and their toys the only difference is as they get older the toys are bigger and more expensive, so would love to give this wee boy a home and another for my wish list. Please can you slow down on your production of such fab images as I can't save pennies fast enough, what with the latest sassy girls , the gorgeous soft centres and now these , not to mention all the other sugar nellies already on my wish list.

We know Bruder in the household. My 4 year old is mad about anything relating to John Deere, Massey Ferguson, Claas etc....! That aside, DS loves to do crafting things and would love to colour a tractor or two...this stamp is so cute! ( when Mummy isn't making cards;) )

Aww what a cutey!! this image reminds me of my little boy, who drives his Grandads tractor when he goes and stays in Bulgaria. Of course he is always sitting on Grandads lap but he will never tell me that! LOL.

I used to have a little boy like that, all grown up now but we probably still have tractors etc. My younger daughter used to know all the tractors by their colours. She once thought the headteacher at the village school had a Ferguson because it was red and grey. It was actually a Citroen 2CV! Now my grandchildren both love anything with wheels.

reading your story brought back memories of my own 2 little boys. I am sure there are diggers and dumper trucks buried in the various gardens we have lived in! Now I have too little grand-boys who are digging and dumping all over their garden! I would love to play with this cute little boy stamp - so perfect for making little boy's cards!
