And I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues...

The Sweeties have returned from their Summer holidays and are back in residence at the Sugar Bowl.
I hope those Sweeties that took their holidays in the UK have left their wellies and brollies out to dry off!

My Oh My..what a fabulous show of cards we had from all the lovely crafters who entered the last challenge. Over 150 entries and many of you joined in the fun and made multiple cards...you are all very talented and your devotion to Sugar Nellie is very much appreciated.

So...there's a new challenge on the Sugar Bowl this morning with a sketch by the lovely Maria Therese and an optional theme of BLUE. The Sweeties are back to doing what they do best, creating beautiful cards to give you some inspiration.

Maria's gorgeous Christmas card uses the image Snow Buddies, teamed with blues, white and green, with a scattering of pretty snowflakes.

Erika has used the Sassy image Amelia for her fabulous card. The cloud paper is perfect teamed with this image! And congratulations Erika, I loved reading your post yesterday...I was so excited for you!

And Lilian has used the image Festive Friends to create this amazing Christmas card. I love the snowflake wreath with the images popping out of it..very cool!

Please visit the Sugar Bowl for the rules of entry and to see all the other Sweeties beautiful cards.

Many congratulations to my Sugar Mama Gayle in her newly appointed role as DT Coordinator..I shall now call you Ma'am instead of Mama!

Thanks for looking.
Love Elaine xx

Thanks for a super selection again Elaine - you have a knack of picking them to show such a variety of interpretations - in this case the various looks that can be obtained using blue combos. Super & congratulations to Erika too.
