Paws or claws

Hello readers , I have a little question for you. Which way would you vote, for paws or claws ?

We are putting together our next release, completely new to Sugar Nellie.

But which animal do you love the most, dogs or cats.

The answer to this question will greatly influence our next set of stamps.

How do you all feel about animal themed stamps? We have had soft centres for a good few years and you may already own Custard the cow or Dougal the dog. Those early stamps have a fan base all of their own.

The next set will all be digital, I think you will understand when you see them. We are going to extend your skills with digital stamps. I am pushy, but you'll love it.

So just let me know what animal is your favourite and if you have a pet, what's its name. I am really looking for cross gender names, something that does both males and females. Share with me and you never know, we may name our characters after your pet!

Hope that little sweetener makes up for my rant 😉
Sneaky weekends coming up!

Karen

Cats cats cats !! Hmmm, did I mention cats? !! :0) I admit that pooches are cute, but kittens melt my heart every time. So, in case you were not yet sure, (just so it's clear!!!) it's feline fur babies all the way for me. But I'll no doubt be hooked on either if it's been 'sugared' by you and your team of talented crafters :0) Can't wait.

It's gotta be claws and currently I have two, Merlot who will be one at the end of this month and Femo who is five. I love all animals but I adore cats and their individual personalities. Can't wait for the new releases either - hope it's claws!!! (Pics of both on my blog!) Jx

I love cats the best but dogs also make cute stamps. Have had three cats, Amber, Tansy and Bramble who was the sweetest cat you could ever meet and sadly got ill when he was 14 and we had to make that horrible decision to have him put to sleep, heartbreaking. Would love a stamp named after him.

I like both but cats are my favourite. I REALLY love colouring images of animals so am looking forward to seeing the new digi-stamps.
My cat is called Milton, quite an unusual name I know. We got him from the Cats Protection and apparently he was found near Milton Avenue!
Our previous, gorgeous Persian cat was called Claude, after Claude Monet!

love both cats and dogs, I grew up with dogs and had 2 german shepherds called Sheba and Topsy =mother and daughter . We called the baby Topsy as she was the first from the litter to have her ears stand up from floppy to the characteristic stood up ears of a german shephers. I have also in the past had 2 heinze 57's one called Judy the other Jenny.
More recently I had a stray cat take up residence on my patio , it slept in the plastic greenhouse and when it arrived had fur missing and was skin and bone. It looks much better now after food and some TLC but as I have no idea if it was or is male or female I called it Tatty though it seems inappropriate now as it is really quite beautiful in his thick grey and white coat, my son also has a kitten who is very inquisitive and mischievous called Issy. I love both cats and dogs.

Dogs, dogs, and more dogs. We have a yellow lab/golden retriever mix. She was a pound puppy and we adopted her. She has enriched our lives. BTW the name is Star. I hope the dogs win but if not I will still love the cats.

Love both very much but dogs have a special place in my heart, especially this year after losing one of our ever faithful collies "Mog the Dog". Looking forward to seeing what's afoot!
