Sugar Nellie DT Showcase Sunday And...

Good Morning Sugar Addicts.

Today I am going to showcase another of the new DT members. I was SO excited and happy to see this lady picked for the DT, as hers was one of the first blogs I found when I got my own computer and started searching the Internet. She makes many different styles of cards and also wonderful boxes and candle holders.
It gives me great pleasure to introduce...

My name is Marianne, 39 years old, and I live in Norway with my husband, and our three children. I have been completely addicted to papers and stamps for about six years, and it has become a big part of my life. I am so happy, proud and honored to be a part of the Sugar Nellie DT.
My style is hard to describe, I love to try out new things all the time. But I think my cards are kind of clean, and with lots of details. And I love to use different shapes and folding techniques for my cards. I also love to color, and my best friends are Copics and Prisma Colors. I often combine those two, and using Prisma Colors on craft cardstock is also a lot of fun.
I have used the Sugar Nellie stamps for as long as I can remember, and I will do my very best for this team, and for the sweet, sweet Sugar Nellie images.

Marianne used the stamp Crystal Flakes to create this stunning card. I love these colours, red, white and beige.

This card uses the image Wish Upon A Star. I adore all the little added detail on Marianne cards.

A much paler and subtle colour palette for this sweet and pretty card using the image Honey Pip.

This is a much older image called Santa's Letter which Marianne has stamped and expertly coloured on kraft. This stamp is such a gorgeous and timeless image.

Please pop over to Marianne's blog, but be prepared to stay awhile, there are so many gorgeous cards and other projects to see.

Because the title of this post said "Sugar Nellie DT Showcase Sunday And" so if you've read this far you'll be wanting to know what the "And" bit is??
Please pop back here tomorrow as I know there will be something you're all going to be very eager to see!

YES!! Sneak Week will start here tomorrow!

Thanks for looking
Love Elaine xx

I agree - the red, white & beige coloour combination is quite surperb - especially on that final sample you show. I think that has to be my favourite of these - but the first card is also a close contender. The lace is very pretty & I do like the way it picks up on the snowflakes on & around her wand.
