For you Sassy girls

I know it's a shame but this girl has only ever been inked up once before so she was yelling out to me please ink me up.. How COULD I resist with those eyes staring at me??

I'm sure you all remember Hippie Chick, Isn't she cute? And she is such a pleasure to color ♥
She is as usual with my cards colored with Copic ♥
And the pretty papers are from My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline - Dolled Up
The flowers are a mix of Prima and WOC and underneath you can see a gimps of Cheese Cloth.

I will tell you something.. My husband has to endure me showing him every single card I make..
It might be he just looks at then and say something to please me but the other day he commented on the cheese cloth how much he liked when I used that on my cards.. so maybe he IS looking at my cards and not just glimpsing and mumbling a few words  to please me..

Well that's it for me today.. I will be back in two weeks with another card :)

The papers I've used are from Upsy Daisy Designs - Blossom, I thought this would do perfect with the spring :)

The flowers are from Prima Marketing, the swirl is a Magnolia Doohickie, the tag is also from Magnolia, the roses are from Wild Orchid Crafts , lace and seambinding are from the Ribbon Girls and of course I've colored the image with my Copics.

I hope you enjoy your Easter weekend, let's hope we all have nice weather too and don't eat to much chocolate eggs :)

Boys, Boys, Boys!

Good Morning Sugar Addicts.

Sheesh what's the weather been like here? Last week it was cracking the flags, and today we've had snow! 

Good weather for stopping indoors and crafting :)

There's a new challenge on the Sugar Bowl today with a fabby sketch off our very own Sugar Mama Gayle and an optional theme of "plaid or stripes", easy peasy lemon squeezy :)

Gayle's fab card uses the Mary Hall image Grow Your Own and is perfect not just for a male birthday card but also Fathers Day, which is in June and will be here before I know it! These stamps are also on special offer so why not grab yourself a bargain.

Erika has used the image Pirate Monkey....I had totally forgotten about this stamp! He's one cute monkey and  not a very scary pirate at all, more cute and cuddly.

Now for something more girly...Fiona's card uses the super sweet stamp Peek A Boo. I love this stamp with the cute little kitty peaking out too.

There's almost a fortnight to enter our challenge and maybe YOU will be picked at random to win YOUR choice of 4 Sugar Nellie stamps...but you got to be in it to win it :)

Fun Times

Hello sweet friends!  It's Anita here with a new card to share with you.  Today I have used the adorable

Striker

I love the new Sugar Nellie hedgehogs that were released last month.  This cutie is colored with copics and colored pencils.  I used Glossy Accents on his nose and glitter paint on the bee's wings for some sparkle.  My papers are My Mind's Eye and I think the patterns are perfect for a male card.  Some buttons tied with twine finished off my card.

Hello dear sugar addicts!

It's Kathrin here with another Ribonita card to share with you. These girls are just so adorable and I love their spring-ish touch with their cute dresses. And I am so glad these cuties became a part of the Sugar Nellie family.

For this card I used 

Belle.

I used Copics to color her in and went with a blue, red and white combo. 

The papers are from Magnolia and My Minds Eye, the saying is by Stampin'Up. 

I liked the idea of her expecting a friend for a tea party and so I added a tea pot charm that I fixed with some red and white bakery's twine. And of course some flowers had to be added to the card as well. With the big red flower I tried to repeat the red flowers from her dress.

By the way, the sketch I used is by The Sugar Bowl - you still have some time left to join the challenge too.

MAKE A WISH....

Morning all...

Vicky here today and I have the lovely pleasure to showcase one of our older Sugar Nellie stamps "Make A Wish" that was released back in September 2010...and she is simply adorable and wonderful to colour too..

I have teamed her up with some lovely Prima Papers "Natures Garden" and some lovely Vine Flourishes and Memory Box Dies too..

and here she is...

I have coloured her in with Flexmarkers, Chalks for her cheeks and 

Prisma Pencils for added shading..

 I have also added some Stardust Stickles for added bling...some cute butterflies

using a Tonic punch and a wee pearls too..

Sugar Nellie DT Showcase Sunday.

Good Morning Sugar Addicts!

Where did the nice, warm weather disappear to? It's been much cooler here these past couple of days, though still dry so I guess I can't complain too much...and just when I was getting used to the sunshine and warmth!

Now I'm sure you all know by now that we have the BEST DT in all of blogland :) They come from all over the world...the UK, Germany, The Netherlands, USA and Norway, and they are all not only extremely talented but a lovely bunch of friendly ladies too.
